Deal, Antonio
Incident: Posses CDS with intent to distribute, Resist, Assault
Date of Incident: 26 April 2018
Location: West Rd and Olivia St, Salisbury
Suspect: Deal, Antonio L; 37 of Salisbury
Narrative: On 4-26-18 at 2100 hrs, Deputies were patrolling the area West Rd when they saw a group of subjects loitering. The Deputies smelled that some in the crowd were openly smoking marihuana. The Deputies went to speak with the group about the marihuana, when the crowd refused to follow orders and tried to leave. One subject, Antonio Deal, fled on foot. After a lengthy foot pursuit, the Deputies caught up to Deal and attempted to detain him. Deal resisted arrest and assaulted Deputies. Deal was disorderly, causing a large crowd to gather. The Deputies found that Deal was holding marihuana and multiple baggies of cocaine. The amount of cocaine seized was sufficient to indicate the intent to distribute. Deal was transported to Central Booking where he was released on $15000 unsecured bond.

Parsons and Duncan
Incident: Possession of CDS
Date of Incident: 27 April 2018
Location: Pemberton Dr and Nanticoke Rd
Suspects:
Parsons, Anya’e K; 21 of Salisbury
Duncan, Denise; 34 of Salisbury
Narrative: On 4-27-18 at 0300 hrs, a Deputy patrolling the area of Pemberton Dr in Salisbury conducted a traffic stop for failing to stop at a stop sign. A WCSO K9 was called to assist. The CDS detection K9 alerted to the odor of CDS coming from within the vehicle. Two small baggies of crack cocaine were located. Anya’e Parsons and Denise Duncan were arrested. They were transported to Central Booking where they were released by a Court Commissioner on their personal recognizance.
