Incident: Possession with intent to Distribute Narcotics/ Stolen Handgun
Date of Incident: April 26, 2018

Narrative: On April 27, 2018 members of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) made contact with Terrell Smullen-Parsons in the area of 1008 Fairground Drive Salisbury, MD as he entered a vehicle. Smullen-Parsons had an outstanding warrant and provided deputies with a false name. Smullen-Parsons fled on foot, and later assaulted a WCSO deputy and a Salisbury Police officer. Smullen-Parsons was eventually taken into custody.
Another subject on scene, identified as Deonte Daquan White, attempted to remove the vehicle from the scene, but was stopped by officers. A search of the vehicle resulted in a loaded stolen handgun, an amount of crack cocaine that was indicative of distribution, scales, and US currency being seized. Also seized was a small amount of Marijuana.
Smullen-Parsons continued to be combative and resisted arrest until being transported to WCSO. During a secondary search of Smullen-Parsons at WCSO, an amount of oxycodone that was indicative of distribution, was found after being concealed in his buttocks. Smullen-Parsons was charged with felony CDS charges, felony gun charges, assault, resisting arrest, and served with two arrest warrants. White was charged with obstructing and hindering and attempting to remove evidence from a scene that would be used in court.
Charges Smullen-Parsons: Possession with intent to distribute crack, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, Possession of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime, Possession of a regulated firearm by a prohibited person, possession of CDS, Assault 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing and Hindering, Fleeing and Eluding.
Charges White: Obstructing/Hindering, attempting to remove evidence from a scene that would be used in court
