Starbucks Contacts Tyler Family Update

UPDATE - I was contacted by Starbucks headquarters. I gave an account of the circumstances around my husbands visit to the best of my ability since I was not there in person. I have been assured that the situation has gotten attention and is being investigated by all levels of the company. Also, I want to add that I gave compliments to Juley Nelson Harper for reaching out to me via Facebook messenger. Her husband works at the South Starbucks location and she reached out to me on his behalf before anyone else did. I appreciate that her husband is a veteran and employed by the company. I was offered a gift card and expressed that I would be using it at the south location, but that my family would not visit the North location any more due to this incident. Some may not agree with that statement, but I believe that there are some good people with good work ethic that work in these companies that many may not have a favorable opinion of. I choose to support our country & our veterans. Anyone who works in customer service and especially food service should be required to serve. It is what they were hired to do, without reservation or hesitation. Thank you to Veronica (Starbucks) for taking your time to talk with me.

Well she hasn't gotten over it and doesn't understand freedom if she wont go back to the north location. Mulligan for them on this one. Thank god she got something free out of them.

Do companies realize how much the snowflakes they hire can hurt their profits? All businesses need to train employees on customer service plus amend job application and contracts. If an employee gets so stressed in fear of waiting on a proud American, that employee should never have been hired in the first place.

Thumb sucking, security blanket, holding mommy's hand, while hiding behind her skirt, is precious, as toddlers. When toddler age is over, the majority have learned to take the thumb from the mouth, throw the security blanket in the thrash, come out from behind their Mother's skirt and become a responsible adult.

This "Toddler" at Starbucks needs to be fired. Since when did a "wait person" get to decide who to wait on? Does this "Wait person" really believe she/he has the right to pick and choose which customer standing in the coffee/food line to serve. These "screwed up snowflakes" are in the minority but Adults treat them like they should be the majority. Why? Because the MeMeMe whines, cries, screams, MeMeMe marches , protest for Snowflake rights are easier to give into, like their Adult Mommies did when the now "Snowflakes" were Toddlers.

I do not stop going to a business because of one "wait person" and I think it is a silly kid excuse. I would express my concern to management and on a blog or Social Media. If I see that "Toddler" still working. they would lose a customer (and probably many as I have a large family and many friends). Why stop going to all Star Bucks because one Manager hired one Snowflake. Two thumbs up to Star Bucks South, for taking the black mark off of the Star Bucks name, that the Snow Flake and Management of Star Bucks North created.

That's not good enough the North store needs to be shut down if they don't fire the idiot employee...Anybody know the identity of the person that denied service ?

Starbucks is over priced and no better than any other coffee. True Americans should just say F/U to this operation.
