How did he even got on that committee. Is Hogan nuts?

Who are the other members (I'm scared).

He should be disbarred after this past stunt.

12:43 is right to be scared. I heard that Phoebus ordered the other members of that group not to talk with citizens about the qualification and record of lawyers who apply to become judges. That's very scary stuff.

IMO. Matters not what "you heard" as I heard is gossip and rumors. Don't repeat "I Heard" unless you can prove it true. Many a person has been harmed by untrue "I heards" being repeated over and over with no substantial way to know if info is the truth.

Where there is smoke there is usually fire 8:35. Don't be so gullible.

You sound like the partner in crime 8:35. You use those lawyer terms like "no substantial way". If you don't want your identity known you better write like the average Joe.

Several people have said that he was "drunk as a skunk". I guess he'll get off for that though. I assume he will be his own lawyer.

To answer the question, no

It is a fact that this case is being handled differently than others. The tickets that he supposedly received are not on the case search site. Why is that? Everyone else that even gets a speeding ticket or minor infraction shows up immediately on case search. This is why most people think the entire justice is corrupt.

8:35:

FYI, it's called the jungle telegraph. If you want to check about it, just ask your pal John Phoebus.

8:57, look again -- the charges were filed on Monday, but were not on the Casesearch website until today.

I, too, am concerned that he will be treated muck differently than you or I would be. The judge should be from across the Bay.

Just saw the charges on the casesearch blog. There are 8 separate ones but none for DWI or DUI. He probably won't get any jail time. What a pity.

It is on case search now.

11:25,

If Ella Disharoon handles the prosecution, Johnny boy gets jail time!

He should seek treatment before he's defending himself for manslaughter.
