They can keep selling half cooked BBQ chicken.....donate proceeds from it to Culver's re-election fund!!!!!! He did such a wonderful job for their cause....the least they can do is support him.....LOL

Joe Morris hit the spot in that letter when he said that Culver is a liar.

Anonymous said...

It's a sin to tell a lie.

If Bobbyboi dumps Station 13, just watch the chiefs and other folks dump him in the election next year.

Anonymous said...

Just watched the video on Pac14. Both Joe Holloway and Mark Kilmer were very impressive in questioning Strausburger and Wilber. They know how to cut to the chase and get past the BS. Hope one of them will go against Culver in the Republican primary next year.

Anonymous said...

Real professional asshole

Anonymous said...

NOT enough to dump him

Anonymous said...

Very much so and run away from confrontation as you saw live.

Culver is a bald-faced liar. For weeks he has been saying that they would be using Station 13 for fire and EMS services starting on September 15 and that he had to do it because the chiefs vote was controlling (my hands are tied). Now, he is saying that he was only telling the emergency services office that handles 9-1-1 calls to get ready to do that.

Anonymous said...

Mr Kilmer, I know you read this. If you can convince me of your ethical discipline and willingnessto be transparent, collaborative and bring in some seasoned bus I was minds to consult and negotiate I will vote for you and campaign. And will endorse you before 200-300 unified citizens. This charade has got to stop. Culver may be the character we hoped but his refusal to bring on experienced capable and ethical talent proves he is in way over his head.

Cannon and maybe John Hall are the only people in that room that have been at risk, beyond a job and a home, in this COUNTY and to their credit, they are the only ones acting like it. We need more of that - them- not less.

I am really surprised someone on ethics, like that doctor doesn't move to or approach culver about hiring his family. What is with THAT?

Anonymous said...

Salisbury and Wicomico county are run by idiots....Can't wait to move. I have never lived around people that fight against their own fire safety...You deserve your leadership losers.

[from the Salisbury Independent]

Culver withdraws support for new fire territory; Station 13 members seek new strategy

Sep 6th, 2017 · by Susan Canfora · Comments: 0

After a long battle that led to heated disagreements and a virtual cold war between county and city officials, Wicomico County Executive Bob Culver will no long fight for fire service territory for recently formed Station 13.

He told the Salisbury Independent on Wednesday that he continues to support volunteer firefighters, but because of the legalities of the Fire Service Agreement signed in April, there is nothing more he can do.

Anonymous said...

Wanna bet that the A-hole's blog will blame things on the Council, especially John Cannon, when it was Culver who negotiated and signed the Fire Service Agreement and Paul Wilber drafted it.

Anonymous said...

OK, Bobbyboi, we do need a term limit -- just for you.

We don't throw away good taxpayer money because of a few incompetent men that can't work under the direction of others....tax money can be better spent on roads and schools.....take A$$BURROW with ya DUDE!!!! ALL AREAS WERE VERY WELL COVERED PRIOR TO THE FORMATION OF STALAG #13

Here's a real hoot.

A-hole has posted the pac-14 video from the meeting on his blog and the rodents who comment there are dumping on Wayne and Wilber about the fire agreement that Culver negotiated with Jake Day and signed.

And Strausburg said that it is a good deal for the County, which it is in spades.

Jonathan Taylor said...

As stated I'd rather burn to death thab see one of those rejects show up to help but in reality they were missing almost 50 percent of calls so I would probably burn to death anyway before they got there.

Anonymous said...

9:52,

And there could be another hoot coming because the goobers on the assclown's blog are calling for the person who drafted the County's fire agreement with Salisbury to be shot at sunrise, and that's Mr. Wilber.

When he was the City attorney the assclown trashed him regularly, but when Culver selected him he made it sound like Wilber was the best lawyer east of the Chesapeake. Lets see what he says now.

Anonymous said...

LOL Stalag 13...Palidore must be Sargent Shultz....because he knows nothing!!!!! Ha Ha Ha DAMN that's funny!

Anonymous said...

Culver negotiated and signed the fire agreement that he is now using as a foil to withdraw his support for the Station 1 goofballs, now that the County Attorney has told him that he has screwed himself by his own conduct. If he was going to support Station 1 for a service area in the agreement, why didn't he tell Wilber to put that in the document before it was signed and sent to the Council, or did he forget, but that makes no difference now.

Culver calls himself a businessman and entrepreneur, but has a record of judgments and tax liens. If he runs again, that will be examined along with his other business dealings and personal history. Pollitt was too dumb to do that the last time, and ran a terrible campaign. The Democrats won't let that happen again. And now they have this latest and other absurd farce by Culver as the Exec.

Wicomico Republicans should wake up and get another candidate in next year's election.

Anonymous said...

JT,

The A-hole has begun posting snarky stuff and photos about Station 1 on his blog because he is afraid to say that Culver is a loser. That would be the end of wifey's job.

Let's see if he blames things on Wilber or Strausburg. Take your pick, my money is on Wayne.

[from today's Salisbury Independent]

In a surprise move, County Executive Bob Culver didn’t go before the Wicomico County Council Tuesday evening, as requested, but quickly read a statement and left.
He stood behind the podium during the Public Comments portion of the meeting, then said he had a prior commitment at 7 p.m., less than half an hour later, and couldn’t stay.

“So you’re not going to be at our work session?” County Council President John Cannon asked, referring to the meeting, after the regular County Council session, Culver was scheduled to attend.

“No. I have Wayne and …” Culver said, motioning toward Assistant County Administrator Weston Young.

8 AM,

More Culver stuff that Dems will throw back in his face next year --

County jobs for his kids and Albero's wife
Landfill charges scam with Bennett Construction
Proposal for 6 year term for the county executive

And I hear that he wants a big salary increase too, not exactly what conservatives like to hear. He will be easy for a half decent Democrat to beat, and a good Rep. could beat him in the primary if one runs.

Anonymous said...

Don't forget the free tuition and run up lawyer fees.
And no construction, no new business an no new jobs

Anonymous said...

Do you think they won't ride . Council has no control over that just funds . It's going to happen just not the way they were after stand by

I read the article, but Its still not over in the eyes of Independent 13. Their web site says they are marching forward and territory doesn't define a fire company. They're like a vampire that just keeps coming back for more. Too stupid to realize they are not wanted and been taken by Culver. Playing on the heart strings of the citizens with their claims of savings lives and property. They're the most incompetent group of idiots ever assembled. Please just go away, because I'm tire of looking at your band of incompetent rejects.

Anonymous said...

Mutual aid company ? Does the stupidity ever stop ? You were never good before, so why let you participate now. That's all another department needs is Renegade VFC showing up to screw up their operations. Why don't they man canteen unit for coffee and donuts ?

I watched the entire 3 hours of the council meeting. What a confirmation to my thoughts it was. Culver confirmed as a liar who cut and ran leaving Strasburg and Wilber to clean up his mess. Polidore displayed a different tone with his Union boss in the front row. His usual arrogance was toned down and his body language said "I've Screwed Up. What Now ?". A close second was Foskey and his Poor Me speech where he admitted his business is failing because he chose to support Polidore's delusional path. The usual suspects paraded to the podium to sing the praises of Independent VFC 1, 13, whatever they are. The usual string of lies and uneducated facts by the Renegades and supporters was in full strength. The stars of the night were Cannon, Joe Hollaway and Davis. They stood their ground and told it like it was. Most importantly exposing Culver as a liar and facilitator of this mess. The final straw will come Monday when Renegade VFC is inspected by MSFA. As Bugs Bunny once said. Be'da Be'da That's All Folks

Read in the other blog describing the fire service agreement as a flawed document.
The FSA is not a flawed document, it is a funding document. And Station 13 was not funded. Wasn't even included.
The flawed thinking is on the part of Station 13 and the people that supported them. Not once was a valid reason brought up to support their cause. Not once.
Throughout this whole process it was clear that noone was going to support them, clear to everyone but them.
Everyone danced around the issue saying support these volunteers, "don't you support the volunteers?" It's not a matter of supporting the established volunteer fire companies, its about not pissing money away on a lost cause.
This whole thing has been a fairy tale from the start with Culver and Polidore playing everybody.
To the Station 13 bunch, you never deserved the funding, the territory or the Station. You couldn't do the job, proved it and it's your fantasy to have your own fire department. A fantasy that will not be fulfilled.
To the chiefs association and volunteer fire men's association, you all stepped in it. Right up to your elbows. You jumped on the bandwagon for this fantasy just because it gave you a perceived chance to screw Salisbury. You never should have messed with it. If the roles were reversed and it was a group from any one of your departments that tried this you would all have been quick to say it's an internal matter, we've handled it.
You all have made the fire service in Wicomico county look like a disorganized clusterf$&k. The only thing you have succeeded in doing is dividing everyone and causing trouble.
I hope your happy. And I hope that this is truly over.

You are exactly right. He has article after article and comment after comment bashing on Paul Wilbur. Not defending him, but did you see Paul Wilbur in action at that meeting. He sat there like a clueless idiot and he was on the clock. WTF did Bob Culver pay him to be there?? Bob Culver is not a conservative, RINO or Republican. He is a Liberal Democrat all the way. He should join the Dems next election so he will have a better chance of getting re-elected.

All culver has done is line his own pockets and bring on his family and friends. He needs to go. Notice even assboro is quite on this subject.

Would help if there was someoned in that office that could negotiate or at least read and interpret a contract!

Dies anyone see a pattern here with screwups on contracts and documents?

Do I remember correctly that Cory Polidore and Joe Morris referred people to the State firemans association website to prove they were recognized and members? I just looked and they aren't listed. Perhaps joe has been lead astray by cory on this one? If so that's very unfortunate. Salisbury station 1 is but not 13 and it refers to the SFD webpage so I know that can't be them. Yep I believe that Cory Culver is showing his true color

Anonymous said...

Also I see on their Facebook page where they are calling themselves a 5013c deductible donation organization . Amazingly they aren't listed there either so that equals fraud and they are stealing donation money. The firehouse on beaglin park drive is listed but not these clowns be cautious when donating folks

Anonymous said...

This issue is only over for now. Mark my words...in 6 months, some how, some way, Culver is going to say that the numbers aren't exactly where he wanted them and he wants to dissolve agreement. There needs to be 6 months notice. The dissolution of the Agreement will be the last thing he sees happen as an elected official. Damn shame when he is distrusted so much that the Council President asks if there is any way for the County to sabotage the agreement.

Got to fund the playhouse... the social club ain't cheap you know!

Anonymous said...

On their Facebook page right now saying they are still pushing forward and trying to do mutual aid. Urging citizens to contact the mayor and chief to say they need them.
Enough is enough with this fractured fairy tale. It's midnight Cinderella and there's no Prince Charming in your future. The shoe didn't fit. Get your carriage back home, Ststion 13, before it turns back into a pumpkin.

Joey just talks, talks , and talks. You have no clue what he is saying. He called out is Bobbi Boy as a liar. Bob or Joey don't care cause Joey lives in Delaware. Then you have ole Marty. A true waste of good air. Bush and him have been trying to screw the city for years. Both are from Delmar. I have been told Delmar FD is in some hot water.

Anonymous said...

Marty and Joey, neither live in Wicomico County, yet throw their weight around as if they are county taxpayers. Neither have sense to poor piss out of a boot. Instead of worrying about this bunch of clowns at Station 13, they should worry about the lawsuits about to hit Delmar FD with their sexual harassment suit that's been filed on another of the good ole boys, since that all occurred in their firehouse.

Anonymous said...

He can't just dissolve the contract whenever he feels like it. The city would sue the county (and win) for breach of a legal contract.

Anonymous said...

Marty and Joey need to worry about Delmar fire department not Salisbury, not Independent worry about Delmar. You two have enough issues within your own fire department probably a good thing to focus on that.

$3000/month! Boom, Boom!

How are they fighting against fire safety? The Station 13 bunch was never a group that stepped up to serve to begin with. They especially avoided anything to do with actual firefighting or rescue.
If the public only knew half of what went on with that bunch..,

poor fat chuck foskey, my business is failing. GOOD hope you have to work for your money right along with your DUMB ass son, hope Sue leaves you and takes you for everything, I feel sorry for your dad, god rest his soul, he doesn't deserve what you have done to the fire servive, he was there for the right reason and you betrayed him you are a real piece of SHITTTTTTTTTTT.

Fire Chief Association has a SPECIAL MEETING tomorrow night.

Anonymous said...

And?

Anonymous said...

Relevance??

Anonymous said...

ENOUGH with the fire dept BS ALREADY. Fuh get about it.

Anonymous said...

The fire chiefs association has a special meeting at Parsonsburg FH to decide how the mutual aide for station13 is good no to work. First on the agenda is to discuss what will be "mutual" about this. Station 13 has no territory for county departments to respond to. There for the only side would be station13 running through Salisbury trying to help Hebron Sharptown Fruitland Delmar and Willards when they already have mutual aide companies. Man on the street said Somerset county has offered to let me them respond to Smith Island.

Anonymous said...

Kind of one sided... now let's see all those volunteer departments that supported them as long as it was SFD territory they were giving away support them freelancing on their fire grounds.
Liability, liability, liability.....

Anonymous said...

I like the photos of station13s engines in a barn. Since the occupancy has changed from barn to fire house are they now required to have a sprinkler system , a water cistern to supply the sprinkler, marked fire exits and what not before being issued an occupancy permit? What happens after a rain when the grass drive way is wet. Will the engines sink into the ground.

Anonymous said...

Yup they have that stuff . They did what they had to do .They have a driveway to .

Anonymous said...

Then post your name if you are so big and bad really, all just hiding behind a computer screen? Come on then, remember no balls, no blue chips!

Anonymous said...

I guess Fruitland, Delmar, Mardela, Hebron, and some other better step their game up and get some sprinklers because they dont have them so guess they are not fire departments now either!

Anonymous said...

Don't need them, they are existing buildings and use before the change
