Dan Powell Sworn In As New Administrative Judge For Somerset County

What a great day for Somerset County as Judge Dan Powell was officially sworn in . It also was a celebration of service for the man who retired pictured above Judge Danny Long . Somerset County thanks you for your many many years of service to the citizens .

All the political players in the area were there, although nobody saw John Phoebus show up anywhere which was surprising since he sent the names to the Governor for the selection process. Great day for all..

I hope he's not a bleeding heart and put these criminals where they need to be. We as homeowners in this community are sick of them. Something needs to be done.

I was really dissappointed that Char Selby or no one showed up for the General Winder Plague in support of it. There was only 2 people who kind of supported it, but wasn't sure. Julie Brewington and a Rabbi in a wheelchair. He wasn't prepared, but I was impressed with his facts.

JT, that group that James Yakahomo is with were very hostile and threatening. He claimed to be with the Social Justice Warriors and threatened the council with bringing the Pheonix Youth Project and a group out of Alabama to threaten and intimidate the county councilmen until they take down General Winder and put up a Lynching monument. When the Rabbi was speaking they were arguing back and forth with him and very rude to say the least. Please do a story on that meeting with the hostile and racist group that I saw on Pac 14.

Both Char and myself had some private issues that are far more important to deal with
