Since that property has a "available" sign still on it I'm thinking about aquiring it.My lawyers told me that it would be available as long as the sign remained up.I'm putting a Red Robin on it.

6:10 Save a lot is not bad. Most of their brands are all made in the US which is more then can be said for the supposed name brands. I say this and I could spend whatever I want on food because I have enough money but I look for quality over name brands and what store happen to be trendy at the time.
Like Harris Teeter yes it's a nice store employees are great but it carries the same as most other stores. Foreign seafood, factory farmed meats and chicken, etc.

I lived in Iowa for 20 years, and I miss shopping at Aldi's. Their store brand is better than most "name brands", in my opinion. And very good prices. Was always my first stop when grocery shopping.

It is very obvious you have never been to an Aldis.

I've missed Aldi!! Shipped there almost exclusively in Ga. They have a lot of organic produce and none gmo products. Their produce is way cheaper than anywhere else. Avocados are 69-89 cents as compared to $1.30 or more anywhere else. store brands are ok... I mostly shopped for produce.

Now it's all about the prices.Another local grocery store is like another pizza or fried chicken joint, and as soon as Target becomes a Super Target that sells groceries like Wal Mart that end of town will be saturated. Most Targets in my travel route are Super Targets and nearly impossible to compete with.
