The fire department needs an updated chief as well. Get rid of Richard A. Hoppes, CINO. Chief In Name Only.

When you can't address the real issues, like crime, working too much overtime, losing good officers, you do feel good things like changing the patches or uniforms, typical of day and who is the chief, you never see her, what a joke..

But the mayor says the people "just love her" and she will help get me reelected. Mayor is not worried about anything but reelection and not true issues that you described 7:32.

Do you really think anyone other than the Mayor with his brand Salisbury cares about the center of the exsisting patch being changed. How is that helping morale, how is that helping retain officers, how is that helping reduce crime, how is that helping the citizens feel safe. Why are we spending money on looking good instead of being good. 1 reason because Jake wants it. Look Jake you can spray fabreeze on a pile of crap, and you can wrap it up in nice paper. In the end it's still a pile of crap and the odor keeps coming back.
