Last night I was scoping out the plaza for changes needed.Big money won't have to answer to the local government to make adjustments.10 outlets will be a suitable # to begin with,and then more when the market proves viable.The possibilities are encouraging.2 interested parties will be touring the area over the coming weeks.

Look at this picture. Joe is proudly violating the law and illegally parking in a handicap parking space. I sent a message and questioned him on this and he didn't even post my comment or respond.

No one will be able to afford the updated building and fire codes. You can't avoid that even though the city has been looking the other way for many years.
