Shop With A Cop In Easton Awesome Job

On Saturday, December 10th, members of the Easton Police Department participated in the “Shop with a Cop” program. Fifteen to twenty local school children were given lunch and the chance to pick out gifts at Walmart. The Shop with a Cop program was brought to Easton under the leadership of the Talbot Optimist Club.
The day started with the introduction of a group of children to their Police Officer. The children were then driven to Walmart in separate Police vehicles. There, Officers escorted them to pick items from the store. Afterwards, the group was treated to lunch at the Easton Volunteer Fire Department while they wrapped their gifts.
The Easton Police Officers that participated were Sgt. John Coleman, Sgt. Clint Bordley, Sgt. Eric Kellner, Cpl. Orellana, Cpl. Timothy Larrimore, M/Pfc. Yvonne Freeman, M/Pfc. Lenox Trams, Pfc. Megan Coxon and Ptl. Avery Marshall.
