On 11-13-2016 at approximately 1737 hours, a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was dispatched to a single vehicle crash with injuries at South Point Road at Bay Landing Drive.  When he arrived, he observed Matthew Ulyssea Hill 27, of Dover, DE, sitting on the ground supported by another male subject.  The Deputy also observed a silver Saturn Vue upside down in the woods approximately ten feet from the roadway.  The Deputy spoke to Mr. Hill who and could smell an odor of an alcoholic beverage. The Deputy observed an open container in the vehicle. Mr. Hill refused treatment from EMS.

Mr. Hill did poor on field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. Mr. Hill did not have a valid driver’s license in any state. Mr. Hill was charged with driving while impaired. He was also wanted on an outstanding bench warrant. Mr.  Hill was later released on his own recognizance.

This idiot flips his car. He could have easily killed an innocent person. He does not have a license. He was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant, and the chances are high he knew he was wanted; yet, the commissioner releases him on personal recognizance. This way, he can get behind the wheel again while drinking, possibly killing someone the next time. This way he can miss his court date(s), so that a bench warrant will be issued again.

I beg to differ. Hill is black, not white. Go back to crying since your candidate didn't win the election.
