I have boycotted that location for over 8 years. Their customer service is always horrendous and slow. Consistently get orders wrong. (and people I know say it's not changed in the time I've not been there)

The thing that broke the camel's back for me was one evening I got my chicken sandwich and bit into it and it was GREEN. LITERALLY GREEN. I assume mold inside the patty. I drove back and was given a lot of attitude, told there was nothing wrong with the sandwich (without the person even looking at first) So, I asked the person to take a bite of the sandwich if nothing wrong with, as soon as she looked at it she refused. But she told me they had a policy of not giving money back.

I was like look at this, it made me sick to my stomach I don't want an exchange, I want my money back. I paid in cash, and I want cash back. Sorry, the owners will not allow us to do refunds, I can make you another, but no refund. Whatever. So I took my food, saved it until the next day and figured if I went to the daytime manager they're would be no problem. Nope, same story. I argued until I was red in the face, and they refused to give me my money back. So I told them I would never be back, and I have stuck with that all of these years.

So now, when I want BK I have to drive to Seaford or Ocean City, I refuse to do business with that franchisee. It used to be I could drive over to Mt. Hermon Rd and that one was owned by a different company, but then the same Salisbury owner bought out that one, and now it's customer service sucks as well. Nasty place to deal with!

I've not visited BK anywhere since stopping at BK in the Kent Island area over twenty years. I won't even say what I saw, but it was unbelievably nasty.

I only go to the Rt 50 one..the other two are total trash..the one by Lowe's has ignorant loud ghetto trash working there, they are so incompetant and the one by the college is Full of slow slow morons..both places are dirty old and creepy. Thank god Rt 50 has it right so far.

11:08 I tried but I could not say, that I also used to stop at that BK on Kent Island until the night I stopped and ordered and as I was pulling to the to pick up my order a rat as big as a cat climbed out of a hole under the drive-thru window I just told the lady to hold the order. No more BK for me since.

Yeaaaa, another fast food place. Ugh

Just what is needed! Another empty unused building in the Bury AND another restaurant in an already dangerously congested shopping center parking lot. Da Bury is right-may as well bury it now.

Burger King is nasty, thanks to the owners and people that they hire.

Who says it will "another empty building"? If they are moving, it most likely will be torn down and a new building will be built. We sure could use another mattress store.

if you have bad food, service etc, and the local management does not make it right, call the franchise owner and / or contact headquarters.... This is a national chain and reputation is everything. I have called headquarters a couple times in my life time, they make things right.

Just so you know the group that owns the one in Ocean City owns the ones in Salisbury as well.
