On October 11, 2016, a Wicomico County Circuit Court Judge sentenced Keith Alan Vance, age 36, to thirty (30) years in the Division of Corrections, with all but 15 years of that time suspended, for Second Degree Sexual Offense. That sentence is to be served without the possibility of parole.  Vance was sentenced to an additional 10 years of incarceration for Sex Abuse of a Minor.  The 10 years is to be served consecutively.  On July 19, 2016, a jury found Vance guilty of Second Degree Sex Offense, Sex Abuse of a Minor and Third Degree Sex Offense.  The victim was five and six years old when Vance committed the offenses in 2011-2013.  Upon release, Vance will register as a Tier III Sex Offender for his lifetime.

The case was investigated by the Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center and prosecuted by Senior Assistant State’s Attorney, Karen M. Dean.  Wicomico County State’s Attorney Ella Disharoon commended lead investigator Ed Fissel of the Salisbury Police Department.

I agree with all above-lock him up and toss the key. He serves no useful purpose in society other then using his brain for research to see if there is anything different in his brain that made him a sex offender. Now if were black oh how they would have every excuse lined up in the book for him-they would blame whites they would blame the victim and their latest lie-"systemic racism." Being responsible for one's own actions is not in the black playbook.
