North End Of Salisbury And Coming Stores

A Few updates on North End Development. The red area is where the current Americas Best Value Inn sits which has been sold and is expected to be developed into a Lidl grocery store

The green area on North end where the gas station sits across from MSP barracks is also expected to be turned into a ALDI

Great update!! We need the better options to Walmart....prices getting ridiculous and quality falling fast! Please keep us updated as things progress!

Wow,is there a need for two grocery stores across from Walmart? I bet we have just funded two more foreign entities.

Looked up both stores and was sorry to read Lidl, which will start opening stores in the US in 2018/ Being older than dirt I don't expect to be here to see Cracker Barrel open its doors, let alone Lidi.

Aldi is awesome! We used to shop there when we lived in Wisconsin. Salisbury is in for a treat :)

I wish another office supply store would open in Salisbury-I just tried to call the Store and was on hold for 21 minutes and was dumb enough to try again and this time another 18 minutes of my life wasted.I will not be going into their store again. Why doesn't local business realize that this is why people shop online-no service whatsoever.

I wrote an email to Aldi and now they are coming!

Aldi is an awesome store. You will save big bucks there. Shopped there when I lived in DC, and sorely missed it when I moved back to the Shore.

Wonderful news. I shopped at Aldi's when I lived in Iowa. It was the best. My FIRST stop every week. I wrote them a letter soon after I moved here, and now they are coming. It will be great. Just remember to bring your own bags, and a quarter to use a cart.

That is wonderful for Salisbury... but, why do all the good stores skip Western Delaware, like Seaford or Bridgeville??? Bridgeville has access to rts 404 and 13, which are both major thru ways. Lots of land for sale right there on the major corner location. Happy For Salisbury though. I need another job to afford the gas to get to the good stores! LOL
