Not much of a tragic loss when it was 100 % preventable! You make bad decisions, you pay the price!

Anonymous said...

Looks like he had a love of all things fast and furious, just a matter of time for this guy.

No matter if it was preventable or not it's still tragic no matter what accidents can be preventable when you loose someone you love because of something preventable just remember it's not tragic it's just something that could've been prevented smdh

To anyone ignorant enough to suggest it is no less tragic because he made a poor decision, I hope someone close to you dies from a bad decision so that you can see how his family feels now, and then have assholes like you criticizing them and telling you how it is not tragic.
Whether it was a stupid decision or not, his family and friends are hurting and the last thing they need to see is insensitive pricks hiding behind a keyboard telling them that their son, nephew, friend, etc deserved to die.

Your heartless!!! No matter what NOONE deserved to die!! Yeah he was 100% in the wrong, doing what he did.. but he didnt deserve death!

Jmon87 said...

You one heartless SOB. he may have been in the wrong but he did NOT deserve to loose his life!!!!

Jonathan Taylor said...

I agree jmon this is sad and he didn't deserve to die

The ignorant people who can write ignorant crap are no less a man or human, we make mistakes, no one deserves to die... Eric was a good hearted dude who loved his bike more than he loved any other hobby. He was riding doing what he loved. He made a horrible judgement call and paid the ultimate sacrifice! He'll keep riding in heaven. He's a man and a friend to many and he'll continue to be just that!!! RIP Eric! It's my birthday today and I'll raise one for you before I celebrate me!

You know that's not any less of a shitty thing to tell someone, that you hope their loved one dies. If you call someone out for saying something horrible, don't follow it with saying something horrible. Yeah?

Anonymous said...

hey Tony, I don't think anyone if my family is stupid enough to drive a bike 100 mph trying to escape the cops!!

Anonymous said...

1000% correct.

You will not win when running from the law! Sad.

He lost his life fleeing from the cops over a $100 ticket for doing wheelies in the road. Its a sad tragedy.

Anonymous said...

from the above police report it sounds like he had a death wish by motorcycle

And consider the 19 year-old driver of the pick-up; who life has been marked by what he witnessed. Thru no fault and/or participation from his part, her had to witness firsthand the tragic results of a very bad decision. Bottom line, Mr. DelMarr caused his own death.

Hey 4:23, yes, I was young once. But, not reckless. I even had enough sense to wear a condom when I was doing your mom. See? Not reckless at all. Therefore, I am still alive.

It is a sad day when any one loses their life regardless of the reasoning. My family's thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends who lost a friend a family member a colleague a classmate. This is just a reminder that life is too short and too precious. Make each day count, because who knows today could be your last. That kiss you have you husband or wife, your doughter or son, the hug you gave your best friend could very well be the last one you give them. please people go home and kiss your daughter or your son goodnight call your best friend and tell them that you love them don't wait until they passed away to show your love.

Another human moves on...life is so precious. Here today, gone tomorrow. No matter the cause, another human gone. Family and friends broken. God bless the souls of those who lost. God bless this child's soul. We can hope that he accepted Jesus and his way to heaven is bought and paid for by the blood of Christ. That is all that really matters. Eternity is a long time.

Outstanding comment Shelley W. It is heartbreaking that the thrill of his life had to be so tragically the end of this life and do pray Jesus is giving him so much more

Respect for a person who has no respect for life himself. Ok lol
The truck driver and witnesses will forever be traumatized for his "respect".

Anonymous said...

WHY? Why should he get a pass because he died? He has probably ruined the kids life that hit him. Can you comprehended how horrific the images must be in his head.

All lives matter, no matter what bad decisions he made I'm sure he didn't set out that day to die. My heart is with his loved ones and law enforcement on this call, trust me, it will stay with them as well despite the fact it was a poor decision on his part. A loss of life occurred here, there's no room for heartless comments by anyone.
