               Nixon: Possession of Fire Arm- use Felony/ Drug TraffickingCDS with intent to distribute


Disposition: Nixon transported to the Wicomico Detention Center to be seen by the Commissioner  


Narrative: On 02/28/2016 Trooper Lane from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack stopped a white Ford Focus for an inoperative tag light. Upon approaching the Focus he noticed the smell of Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Trooper Lane and Trooper Johnson conducted a search of the vehicle and occupants and located a loaded 9mm handgun on the passenger. In addition to the handgun the Troopers located 23.8 g and a packet of Suboxonon Nixon. A small amount of Marijuana was located on Boston.
