Justice System Has Already Failed Family Of Nicole Bennett

June 15, 2012 this beautiful Mother of three was murdered by a monster at Bay Shore Community Church in Gumboro, DE. 4 years later and Mathew Burton her Killer has still not been to court, and has recently been given the chance to bond out by an ignorant judge in Delaware.

Nicole's loving family and friends continue to wait for the justice that Nicole deserves, and yet the criminal justice system continues to instead make them suffer by allowing this nonsense. Where is the justice???????????? 4 years to go to trial is absolutely disgusting. This lady was a beautiful light taken from this world entirely too soon and as time goes on I think many just move on not remembering her voice and love for God she spoke about in the below video.

PLEASE GET THIS TRAIL STARTED ALREADY DELAWARE!!!! This family deserves it

The holdup was this sexual deviant murderer fought extradition back to DE and this found it's way to the highest court in MD. Not only is this wait for a trial excessive but just think how much of tax payers money has already been spent in legal fees on this garbage. The only consolation is he will be found guilty. This is not a who done it. He was only looking to prolong the inevitable by fighting extradition. Is this a death penalty case? I'm not usually for the DP but in this case I am. Burton's another one who by his own actions and not taking responsibility has worn out his welcome.

Now I know who Pig Burton is, they should take him to ISIS and have him beheaded.

I used to work with this guy and believe me he is a monster. He used to catch pigeons around the job and he would torture them by twisting their wings and breaking their legs. He would stand there and laugh the whole time as they were dying. He should be tied to a stake and burned!

He prolonged it because MD is a state without the death penalty & DE is a state with the death penalty. The injustice of this case disgusts me. I'm friends with the family & it pains me to see them suffer such injustice.

Hey but to top it all off. The daughters of Nicole have to go by the prison he is in everyday to go to school. How do you think it makes them feel to have to be reminded every morning and afternoon to and from school

I find it amazing that over the years this justice system has become more and more liberal and unwilling to serve justice, as the laws are clearly written. Very, very sad state of affairs. Even after the courts have rendered a decision it is not often that punishment is carried out until many years, if not ever, following the crimes. I feel very sad for Steve and his family. This has to be agonizing.

As a daycare provider I am surprised that Vivian Murphy hasn't found a reason to close down the daycare for this. She is well known for shutting down day cares over the most asinine reasons. Just the fact that the daycare was being operated by a church who had this person working for them and knowing his history is wrong. I think the church should be held responsible for letting him work there with a daycare right there on the premises. Why would the pastor or his staff want this person to work there with there being a daycare there? There was no concern for the staff or the children. Vivian and her cohorts were real quick to try to shut me down because of a sex offender had moved into the house next door.

I think the court system there should be charged along with that evil son of a bitch Burton. Hope they can explain their actions and decisions to god when they face him at heaven's gates. I think the Grandparents on both sides and Kevin should be praised for the way the three beautiful girls have came through this. I have known Nicole since she was born and she would be proud and happy.
