Downtown Salisbury Taking Shape

The areas in red are areas that have seen huge strides under the leadership of Jake Day. The Feldmans building is amazing . The WMDT parking lot has been sold and under development and the river walk has been redone and looks awesome. . Plus Headquarters live has become a happening place along with the brick room .

9:16 Yep, a private company who lands properties for pennies on the dollar, then gets paid to rebuild it. The mayor, nor council, should get any credit except for taking huge loses on the sales value... on your dime.

Nothing like this has ever happened to the Old Mall property because incentives have never been made available.Night after night I watch local TV stations steer us away from Salisbury, yet those of us who live here hear sirens constantly. There are newsworthy events happening daily, but the powers that be decide what we hear.

LOL What a bunch of simpletons. Salisbury and the whole Lower shore is dead. It's only wishful thinking and fooling yourselves if you think for one second that area can be revitalized. The area is disgusting and gross. A toxic waste dump of chicken shit and low IQ people too dumb to see what a mess the place is. No good employers are going to subject their employees to living in the toxic waste dump you fools call home. It's amazing that you people would think to raise children around there. Exposing children to that toxic waste dump is child abuse.

How old is that map? The old Wicomico Theater is in that picture and the library across from the old Station 16 fire headquarters has not been built. Why not just use a map showing Humphrey's Lake?
