The sheriff department needs to get their information correct before publishing it. Kyle Mills was not arrested he was given citations after being stopped for unknown reasons. The officer said it was because his license was suspended but the truck is in his mothers name so I'm not sure how they found out it was suspended until he was stopped. Kyle was unaware that his license was suspended. They were suspended for an unpaid seat belt violation. Neither he nor his passengers were drinking and there were not cases of beer in his truck. The stop occurred 200 yards from his house and his mother picked him up. At no time was he put under arrest.
