Police need to start seriously looking for cell phones in wrecks such as this. They also need to quit keeping the results hush hush, because the public needs to know.More times than not texting is the culprit.Forget the legal ramifications of releasing that info and just do it.We are always told immediately when alcohol was a contributing factor.

Nothing like a citizen with absolutely no concept of what it takes to be a law enforcement officer, trying to tell them how to do the job.

sometimes the Police do not release some info to protect the families of those involved. If it were not for the internet, you would see a small piece in the news paper and that would be the end of it. Not everything is the publics business. My son is a MD State Trooper/ double K9 Handler (drug and search n rescue) at H barrack in LaPlata MD (Charles County) Has seen many things that would just make the public sick to know the details. Think about that before you want everything released.
Thank You JT for keeping us up to date with the happenings around our area. My friend you are awesome!

Cell phones being the cause of any given vehicle accident should be plastered all over the news once it has been proven. It should also be automatically entered into court evidence.Tip toeing around any determining factor only makes it worse.Put any and all electronic causes out there.

Anonymous, This is sheer speculation on your part & this is not the time for that. Have you no compassion? I'm sure the families of the deceased are grief stricken so show some respect at this time.
