Easton Police PRESS RELEASE

PRESS RELEASE
November 17, 2015
On November 15, 2015 Troy Jalen Holmes, 21, of Easton, MD was charged on a bench warrant with failing to appear in court. Holmes was to appear in Worcester County District Court on October 27, 2015 to answer to charges of driving without a license and driving on a suspended license. Holmes was released by the court commissioner.

On November 13, 2015 Jahad Eric Mills, 21, f Trappe, MD was charged on a an arrest warrant with theft under $100 and conspiracy to commit theft under $100. Mills was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for an equipment violation. The officer recognized Mills and knew there was an outstanding warrant for Mills. Mills is accused of stealing merchandise from WaWa in Easton on August 10, 2015. Mills was released by the court commissioner.

On November 14, 2015 Marvel Silvano Valdez-Morales, 53, of Easton, MD was charged with 2nd degree assault, failing to obey and lawful order and trespassing. Officers responded to a residence in the 600 block of Goldsborough Street for an unwanted person. Officers observed a physical confrontation with Valdez-Morales and the victim. Officers had been to the residence about an hour before because of a disturbance and Valdez-Morales had been escorted off the property and ordered not to return. Valdez-Morales was released by the court commissioner.

On November 16, 2015 Meaghan Leigh Henry, 29, of Pasadena, MD was charged on a criminal summons with theft under $100. Henry is accused of stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart on October 15, 2015.

On November 13, 2015 Peter Jeremiah Alvis, 27, of Greensboro, MD was charged on a criminal summons with theft under $100 and malicious destruction of property. Alvis is accused of stealing an X-Box 360 controller and an X-Box One controller, the total value being $89.92. The security packaging was damaged also. The theft occurred at Wal-Mart in Easton on April 26, 2015.

On November 13, 2015, Christopher John Wilkinson, 36, of Millsboro, DE was charged on an arrest warrant with possession of administering paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia and 2 counts of possessing contraband in a place of confinement. Wilkinson was found to be in possession of a smoking device and a hypodermic needle on July 31, 2015 at the Talbot County Detention Center. Wilkinson was held without bond by the court commissioner
