Joel Sutton Receives Life Plus 20 Years In Jessee Heath Murder
Joel Sutton who was convicted of first-degree murder was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Jessee Heath plus 20 years behind bars for use of a firearm in a violent crime. Great job Somerset County State's Attorney's Office

“Sutton’s sentences will run consecutively.” – Daily Times March 7th. IF and when he gets paroled for his life sentence, THEN he must serve his 20 years for the firearm conviction, for which he serve at least five years before the possibility of parole.
So this punk will be in the slam long after his Momma retires from ECI.
Its a shame that ur on here acting like ur so proud that he (Joel Sutton) got life. Well ur sayin alot about wat happens in jail, r u sayin that u dropped the soap 2

At 707 read the papers then speak on it. It was a man in Crisfield that was murdered did the man that killed him DID HE GET LIFE? Speak on that,a young woman was murdered in Marion Station did the man that killed her DID HE GET LIFE? Speak on that 2

I'd like to know what happened with Damon Hall and James Hunter, the other two that were with Sutton. What sentence did they get? Did Kirkland Hall talk Damon's way out of jail? Did he use the excuse that Damon is a poor victim of society?

He will get a reduction or early release from prison because he's such a pretty boy.

I want to know what the others got, or did they get a slap on the wrist for rolling over on Sutton.
It was just life, not life without parole. He will be out in 15.
Hunter got 15 years, i think.
He should have rolled on the others first and he could have got less time.
