La Tolteca! Plaza is bland and they never cook the chicken thoroughly the few times I've had it.At least I understand North Plaza is better waitstaff. The one down south has some pervy creeps.

La Tolteca! Plaza is good, but it's no La Tolteca. Tequila Mockingbird in OC is pretty decent, in fact it's my second choice, but I love La Tolteca.

Except Cactus is twice as expensive.
