Why Won't The Virginia Authorities Accept Help Finding Arsonist?

Virginia authorities continue to turn down offers of help from Maryland agencies. I have confirmed from sources in both Somerset and Worcester that offers have been made in manpower to help bring this sad incident to a close, and yet have been told thanks but no thanks. Why in the world with the embarrassment  level the arsons have reached would they not take all the help they can get?

One theory I hear (in addition to the too-high theory) is that the arsonist is inside the VA emergency services.

Why? Because this spree defies standard logic. Those particulars cannot be shared with the public.

There's a video on WMDT website reporting the T-ville fire. The victim says that investigators never even came into his yard!

11:57-The public is only open minded to a degree.Sharing the information surrounding this case is not possible, given the peculiar circumstances. There is a huge difference between sharing info and confusing/confounding the public with that which they could not comprehend.

It's obvious they don't have a clue as to who is setting the fires or they would have arrested them by now. They are probably to embarrassed to accept any help, rather just say no thanks.
