Looks like the western shore is the one lacking brain power.Just look at their voting record.

Yea, I'm sure all the intelligent people in new york and new Jersey stay off the road. You people are sick if you thing every time we get a couple inches of snow everyone should go hibernate or something.
OH! but new jersey people can't be out when emergency is called. Storm counseling is always available after snow storms.
