Get To Know Jack Heath
JOHN R. (JACK) HEATH BIOGRAPHY
Jack and Linda Heath have been married 43 years. They have three grown children and six grandchildren. Two of the children and their families still live and work in Salisbury.
Jack has been a teacher and a volunteer high school coach, and is currently mentoring a local student. He is now CEO of Lower Shore Enterprises, a nonprofit that employs individuals with disABILITIES™. Formerly, he worked for an international business that had a manufacturing facility in Salisbury, and eventually became the chief operating officer of the company.
Jack's community activities include:
Chairman of the Salisbury Mayor's Council in Support of Individuals with Disabilities
A 20 year career as a volunteer fire fighter, including past president and current active member of the Fruitland Volunteer Fire Company (the fire company closest to his residence in Salisbury)
Mentor in the Horizons Program
Member of the board of directors of the Varsity Club at Salisbury University
Active member and board member of the Rotary Club of Salisbury
Member of the executive committee of the Greater Salisbury Committee
Past member of the architectural review board of the Village at Tony Tank Creek
Chairman of the audit committee of the Village at Tony Tank Creek
Past member of the Mid-Delmarva Family YMCA board of directors
Past member of the Wicomico County Personnel Board
Former volunteer coach at Parkside High School

A man with experience & inegrity who has the time to devote to the city & will not engage in public bickering. Jack will get the job done!
