David Nettles Case Coming To Close

The latest case involving former Wi-Hi football coach David Nettles is coming to a close today when his defense presents its case. The latest case is similar to the other, which involves allegations of inappropriate contact with a student under his supervision. These cases have been really difficult to figure out who is telling the truth. It is hard to imagine the guys who are taking the stand making the stories up considering this will follow them around forever, but at the same time we only have a he said she said situation with no hard evidence that these things happened. I'm glad i'm not a jury member because this is a tough case.

Lot of the other stories involving teacher/students are he said she said. Except Penn state, Ole boy just climbed in the shower with'em. Soap up boys!

The jury's job is to make a decision based upon the evidence gathered, NOT their own personal feelings.

If mr. nettles is not guilty, I think he will walk away. Salisbury has the most relax jury in the country. You almost have to beg to be found guilty.
