On January 15, 2013 at 9:55pm Cambridge Police were dispatched to 723 Douglas Street, Cambridge for a reported Home Invasion. Upon arrival officers met with the victims who advised that three African American males forcibly entered the residence all wearing jeans, black hooded sweatshirts and black garments covering their faces. One of the suspects was armed with a handgun. Investigation revealed that during the confrontation a 14-year-old victim was shot in the back. After the shooting the three suspects fled the residence. The 14-year old victim was transported to PRMC in Salisbury where she is currently in surgery and is listed in stable condition. More Information will be released as it becomes available.
