Where Is The Line In Freedom Of Speech?

Meet Jobey an independent candidate running for District 2 City Council against Debbie Campbell. I dislike some of Jobeys ideas for Salisbury so how far can I push my freedom of speech to make their life miserable and make them pay for running against someone who I think does a good job? Well for one I hope that others feel same so I wait for the comments but if things don't start going the way I like, I can start typing my own comments like Joe Albero does.

certainly nothing wrong with that comment it is stating an opinion on his policy, ok well what if I wanted to push his buttons and either typed this comment myself like Joe Albero or had it come in as a comment..should I publish this one?

 As shown I am logged in as myself and typed the comment, however I could just drop down and click the anonymous button and then I can claim I am just allowing people to have freedom of speech. Why would I publish a comment like this referencing his wife, she has nothing to do with my political issues with jobey. The reason being of course would be to try to bully jobey into having to decide how much he wanted to put his family through to get the seat.

What if I want to try to incite people against jobey and hope a confrontation ensues? I know that bike week is coming up and many bikers will be out and that jobey is going so I make a post with no proof that says

I am hoping some biker who reads that will get ticked off and confront jobey. Jobey never said that so if he ignores it the guy gets ticked more and assaults him. Jobey gets punched causing him to fall and hit his head. Well I can claim I have no fault in it I'm just letting people have their freedom of speech, but yet that is complete bs. You knowingly set up a situation hoping to cause such a thing to happen and when it does the person who published the fake info should be held to same standards as an accessory.

This is the type of nonsense that happens with Joe Albero all the time. He does this very thing year after year intimidating people into not running for office because they know this is what he is going to do. This is exactly what must be stopped so that people like Albero stop raping the constitution so they can bully people anonymously. He knows damn well if he left himself logged in and said that he would be in big trouble, but by simply dropping down a couple of spots to anonymous he can hide behind allowing people "freedom of speech". The thing is even if real people were leaving those comments we do not have to publish them, that is our right as editors.Like I said back in 2010 during the foxwell case when I was on WBOC it's called a moral compass but as we well know that is something Joe Albero has never had.

Democratic Headquarters Grand Opening

Ribbon Cutting at the 2012 Democratic Headquarters this morning located at 1222 Old Ocean City Road in the old Bank Of Delmarva building. Jim Mathias, Norm Conway, Sheree Sample Hughes, Laura Mitchell, Wendy Rosen, Ernie Leatherbury , Mark Bowen and many other proud Democrats were in attendance for the event. They really have a beautiful building for it, very nice inside.
