How Much More Probable Cause Does Judge Long Need?

Is it any wonder we have criminals on the streets that should be in jail when judges like Long let criminals walk because they can't use common sense? This latest episode in the Times on the Meko Gianni Palmiro case where Long feels like there wasn't probable cause to arrest him even though there was an all points bulletin on the car that police chased and the defendant bailed out of in the snow and Police found him 168 feet from the car and matching the description of the suspect and the clothing. On top of that he refused the police orders to show them his hands and get on his knees.

I mean what does the man need? it is stupid ass decisions like this in my opinion that keep criminals on the streets that end up with someone getting killed because of. It is a travesty to the Police Departments and the State's Attorney's Office when they put hard work into bringing criminals to justice and get this in return. Luckily for the people of both Wicomico and Somerset the Somerset County State's Attorney's office had the police recharge him with failure to obey a police officer and trespassing which will keep him in jail until Wicomico County gets to try him for violation of probation.

Ouch

This band shifts its sound effortlessly between the genres of reggae, blues, rock, hip hop, funk, and soul. In addition to the band's progressive style, it's known for varied choices in cover songs, comedic banter, musical improvisation, and bizarre, danceable originals- all aimed to entertain a variety of audiences.

What Kind Of A World Do We Live In????

I get up to check the world news and this is the headline I see on CNN. What kind of sick world do we live in that people just looking forward to seeing the latest batman movie get mowed down by some sick guy wearing a gas mask throwing smoke bombs/tear gas and just randomly shooting people. There are at least 14 dead and evidently they are expecting more that are critical to not make it. I just cannot comprehend why something like this would even happen. The gunman is in police custody but It just leaves everyone speechless that these people were probably super excited to see the first showing, they go to the theater to relax and enjoy a movie and end up getting killed for no reason at all...no words
