Outrage Over ECI Taking Money Away From Local Businesses

The local business community in Somerset is outraged that ECI has decided to buy their supplies away from the area taking loads of business away from already struggling local stores. Who in the world thought it would be a good idea to do this, I mean come on they know they operate in a poor community that relies on the jobs there for income and they are going to take that money out of the area for supplies...I have decided I'm sticking with the outrage

Matthew Burton Fighting Extradition

This pig shown above is fighting extradition back to Maryland to face his charges for the murder of Nicole Bennett.I want him to be tried in whichever state can get the justice this case deserves and in my opinion that's the death penalty. Maryland is notoriously anti-death penalty and Delaware has been more active in the process. I know there are many against the death penalty and that's your right but the thought of this monster living 50-60 more years with us footing his bill for tv and food sickens me.

Salisbury Police Looking For Info

Police are looking for two suspects who took cash and several pairs of Nike during an armed robbery that occurred Tuesday night in Salisbury. Salisbury police said the crime happened shortly after 9 p.m. at a home on Spring Avenue. Officers met with two boys who said they were approached by two male suspects. One of the men allegedly pulled out a semi-automatic pistol and demanded money from the victims, police said. According to police, the suspects then forced the victims inside the home and stole an undetermined amount of money, as well as four pairs of Nike shoes. Police describe the suspects as two black males in their mid-20s, both with close-cut hair and wearing blue basketball shorts. The suspect with the pistol was described as light-skinned, approximately 6-foot-tall and with a thin build. The second suspect was additionally described by police as dark-skinned and approximately 5-foot-7. I have been contacted by someone associated with the Minnesota prison system that is where Thomas Leggs is located. The message said he was in Saint Cloud Prison but does not show up on the Minnesota DOC website. From the source he got beaten up there recently as well..boo hoo

Ocean City Pedestrian Fatalities Up This Year

It is really sad news that the number of pedestrians being struck and killed is up this year from prior on record. Look Ocean City has always been dangerous for people walking across the highway but lots of things have been done and warnings sent out recently with all the news of these fatalities for people to be extra careful. I know some are driver related but some have been people just not waiting for signals and trying to cross. Going to Ocean City should be an enjoyable experience and these reports are very discouraging.
