Sensationalism ? Not From Me

I know many people are looking for details surrounding the murder of Nicole Bennett, but if you know me the family most come first over your need for details. Please understand when the family learns all the details they will be hurt enough and do not need me to make it worse. I will share what I can as long as I feel it will not harm the investigation or the family. I have complete faith in the DSP And the MSP that they will solve this case.

Nicole Bennett Case Update

As posted yesterday authorities are asking anyone who may have seen people walking or parked near swamp road to call crime solvers at 410-548-1776.

I have information from a source that her car was found in the parking lot of the church with the keys and possibly her wallet inside and that she had stayed past her shift to clean at the Church.

Somerset School Board Making Meetings Hard To Figure Out

Many people have been thoroughly  confused at the schedule and agenda of board meetings. These meetings are very important to stay up with what is being done about the budget concerns and also for some statements regarding student achievement, discipline, JROTC or summer school plans. Many feel this is being done deliberate to keep people from showing up since many are only finding out last minute when meetings will be and have already made arrangements.

There is a meeting planned for tonight at 7pm at JM Tawes, so if you don't have plans this is one you need to attend.

Senselessness Never Stops

Taheerah Naimah Sabr , Nicole Bennett, Whitney Bennett, Christine Sheddy. Meet 4 Moms taken away from their beautiful children by someone who decided they would decide if they lived or died. These senseless tragedies never stop and It just makes you wonder where the humanity is in people who could take someones life like they have any right to decide someones fate.

Children who will grow up and not know their Mom and get her advice on their first dates, or be there for Graduation, birthdays or the birth of their children. I realize that sadly the cycle never stops and this cruel behavior has gone on for eternity but it just will never make sense to me. The fractures in life caused by such acts ripples through time much like the butterfly effect with the number of family and friends who will be impacted by these loses. The pain these people will feel when holidays and birthdays comes around is what most forget about when the particular story fades from the news.

We have to as a society or just in a small part locally, treat each other better. When cases like these happen the entire community should be outraged and help the Police in any way they can solve these crimes to get justice for the deceased. I will never forget the victims or their families and ask that you keep them all in your thoughts and prayers as well.

Now we have had another woman murdered in Dewey Beach, it really never stops
