8th Time Are You Kidding Me??

James Niblett pictured above was arrested over the weekend in Salisbury for his 8th offense of driving impaired. What in the hell? this guy should not even be out on the streets let alone near any vehicle, and it is only through luck we didn't have someone killed or seriously injured by the guy. I mean really someone needs to tighten these laws up. This is not the fault of the Prosecutor's Office it is the Maryland Court Systems for only doing three years. Support Alice Treuth What An Amazing Local Talent

I want to make you aware of an amazing accomplishment by one of Salisbury's own! At just 15 years of age, Alice Treuth, a Bennett High School rising sophomore, qualified to compete at the Olympic Swimming Trials in Omaha, Nebraska. She achieved the qualifying time the evening of Monday, June 9th at the North Baltimore Aquatic Club facilities - the very pool famed Olympian Michael Phelps owns and trains out of!

This is a great story as we approach the 2012 Olympic Games in London. It may possibly be an interesting multi-segment (pre-trials/post-trials) story about her personally, her team (Coastal Aquatics Swim Team - just 4 years old) and her Head Coach Becca Agoglia - SU Alum and Hall of Fame Athlete - 1st year with CAST, and coach of a Paralympian in the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
