Jury Gets In Wrong In Wicomico County

I was shocked to see that the jury yesterday found Frederick Walls not guilty of 1sr degree murder considering under Maryland Law that if you are a willing participant in a robbery gone bad you are held to the same level of criminal culpability as the shooter. I can't understand why the jury didn't understand that, it seemed in my opinion they were judging on only what he personally did.

Time For Bobby Jones To Step Down

With the news yesterday of Troy Durham winning his case in Federal Court against Bobby Jones to the tune of 1.2 Million for violating his First Amendment rights and unlawful termination, it is now time for Bobby to step down. If that  reason alone wasn't enough, he also had Emily Ridgeway the same lady who was in his car the night he struck Donna Pusey along with him during this episode and according to witnesses told the Federal Court Judge to "stick it up his ass" and was removed from the Courtroom by a US Marshall.

This isn't about Bobby Jones anymore, this is about the integrity of the Somerset County Sheriff's Department. The Badge deserves more than to be embarrassed by Bobby Jones for all this crazy stuff he has got caught up in, and it is time he do the right thing by the citizens and the position he serves and retire immediately.
