The 0cean City Council is at odds over whether they should even consider a vote for City Manager with the phone call done against rules by Joe Hall, with the Council minority and the only voice of reason Mary Knight And Doug Cymek saying a new search should be started immediately which I happen to agree upon. You cannot have people violating rules but then saying o well lets proceed anyway. This vote should not take place
