Daily Times VS John Robinson On Frank White
In February 2008 -- four months before he was re-elected to a third term -- he pleaded guilty to driving while impaired by alcohol and was placed on an 18-month probation by a Wicomico County District Court judge.
White also was ordered to perform 80 hours of community service.
A year later, an investigation by The Daily Times into the use of a town credit card revealed White ran up more than $8,500 in charges on the town manager's credit card in less than three months, including $1,462 spent on meals at area restaurants.
White, who began using former town manager Jay Parker's MasterCard on Feb. 11 -- the day Parker resigned his post -- had the account placed in his own name two weeks later and continued to make purchases on it although he stopped being acting town manager in June.
Following a Maryland Public Information Act request, the newspaper was provided copies of credit card bills from January through April for White and town department managers.
Before moving to Princess Anne, White, who was the police chief in Pocomoke City, was indicted by a Worcester County grand jury in 1995 on charges that ranged from the unlawful acceptance of money and property to false imprisonment and unlawful release of citizens, to interfering with a citation issued by a Pocomoke City police officer to the son of an elected official.
He later served six months in jail for obstruction of justice.

Crisfield Beach Revitalization True Community Spirit
A community spirit has brought together people of Crisfield to clean their beach up and make it a beautiful sight to visit again. The top picture was from the first day out working and the bottom is a recent picture. The City is also going to get the restroom back working again, which will allow people to kick back on the beach in Crisfield
Crazy Campbell Strikes Again
Last night Crazy Debbie was in full force with knowing and seeing all things. She knew why the 70,000 budget amendment didn't pass because it's a conspiracy. Laura Mitchell and Shanie are evil people and because they don't like how something is going they are going to sidetrack it. I appreciated Laura Mitchell putting her in her place last night like she deserves by simply telling little Debbie to not question her integrity.
If the three drama queens Spies, Campbell and Cohen want to blame somebody for our increasing legal fees look in the damn mirror. I would like to see if Mark Tilghman charges for every after meeting phone call made back and forth to Council members especially those in the Camden neighborhood. I agree with the Council minority maybe if Tilghman could come prepared to answer simple legal questions they wouldn't have to waste money for his services when the only thing he can say is I'm not prepared.
It is also very obvious Debbie Campbell is obsessed with Barrie Tilghman because here we are 3 years since she has been out of office but Debbie has to delve back into her let's blame Barrie Tilghman BS. The best Council members we ever had were the ones that simple could not deal with the crazy antics of Debbie and her followers. Mike Dunn, Lynn Cathcart, Michael Day, Gary Comegys, Louise Smith, they were the ones that moved things forward. Compare that to what we have had with Municipal Infraction Tim, I know more than everybody Terry and black heart and soul worshiper of the dark arts Deborah. What has moved forward since they took over??? nada only stalling any and all forward progress of this City.
