Trickle Down Economics Is A Joke
You want to know what class warfare is? Class warfare is crushing collective bargaining. Class warfare is privatizing Medicare so your wealthy friends in the private health insurance industry can make more money while crippling benefits for middle class Americans. Class warfare is letting those responsible for the economic disaster in 2008 go away scot free to make more money, while the people their actions put out of work are still struggling to find work.
Trickle-down economics does not work. We have had the Bush tax cuts primarily benefiting the wealthy for 10 years. Where are the jobs? You have seen the statistics. During the Bush years, we had virtually no job growth, where we had some 20 million jobs during the Clinton years, when taxes were increased for the wealthy. Trickle-down economics is class warfare.
Shame on you and other Republicans like you, who only play the "class warfare" card, to defend the wealthy and only when someone stands up for the middle class.
This little snippet I found says everything about trickle down economics which has never worked and is a way for the rich to protect themselves by telling the poor if you let us keep more of our money it will benefit you in the end. That big executive is going to take that tax break and buy himself another house or send his precious little Molly to private School, he is not going to invest it on you and anyone that thinks otherwise is a fool.

Who Steals A Boy Scout Trailer Good Grief
Boy scouts are taught to be prepared for anything, but they never saw this coming. The East New Market Boy Scouts were the victims of theft over the weekend. One of their three trailers was stolen from the Dorchester Auto Sales property. Surveillance video shows a large pick-up truck pulling into the lot and pulling away with the scout's trailer. Anyone with information regarding the missing trailer should contact the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office at 410-228-4141.
Republican Lie That Taxing the rich would not raise much money
Of course it would. If only the richest 400 families, whose average income in 2008 was an astounding $270 million actually paid the statutory rate of 39 percent (revived as of next January 1st) an additional $500 billion would be raised over 10 years, putting a substantial dent in the projected deficit.
In 2010 hedge fund manager John Paulson made $5 billion. That year, according to Pulitzer Prize winner David Cay Johnston, Paulson paid no income taxes. Am I envious Mr. Romney? You bet I am. But I’m also angry at the stark injustice of it all. And terrified of the power such wealth can wield in a country that allows billionaires to spend unlimited sums influencing legislation and elections.
A recent survey by the Pew Research Center found that two-thirds of Americans now believe the conflict between rich and poor is our greatest source of tension. I agree. It is a conflict that deserves to be aired fully and in public.

Sarah Lake Article On Ethics Hearing Yesterday
SALISBURY -- During an ethics hearing to address a complaint he filed earlier this year, Mike Dunn said the City Council majority's decision to hire local attorney Mark Tilghman does not "pass the smell test."
The former council president filed the complaint against Tilghman, Council President Terry Cohen, Council Vice President Debbie Campbell and Councilman Tim Spies. In the complaint, Dunn lists several alleged conflicts of interest regarding the three council members, including campaign contributions and other political support from the Tilghman family, as well as Spies' voting on legal counsel matters while involved in litigation with the city.
"I'm trying to show there's a clear and demonstrated personal and political relationship between (Cohen, Campbell, Spies and Tilghman)," Dunn said, adding Tilghman's firm -- Seidel, Baker & Tilghman -- stands to make about $240,000 annually through its work with the city.
Dunn pointed to Campbell's using Tilghman as an attorney for a recent real estate transaction, and also identifying him as her attorney during a 2009 investigation regarding missing surveillance tapes from the police department, as a conflict of interest. Also, he said a meeting was held in Tilghman's offices in 2008 for the purpose of discussing Campbell's re-election campaign. A few months later, Susan Tilghman represented Campbell at a candidate's forum the councilwoman was unable to attend.
