I wasn't even planning on making any posts today but then I happen to be out in Salisbury tonight and saw the most pathetic of sights. I have never in my years in Salisbury seen the number of homeless that are out in all areas of Salisbury, that honestly tonight it reminded me of Philadelphia. From the University all the way to Chick Fila the homeless are everywhere.
I sat and watched a homeless guy beg for food at Popeye's chicken south, turned the corner at Taco Bell there was another homeless guy asking for money and the older guy with his dog camped out at the stop sign behind Dunkin Donuts. Driving back North there were homeless at the Priscella Street /13 intersection by the monuments and at the corner of Pohanka and 13. It was beyond sad to see so many homeless people regardless of the reasons why it really makes our town look terrible.
