Smooth Out The Edges
If you live in the area you have probably wondered how you can go street to street and be in the City then the County and then back in the City. Look at this google map image of the City limits, it looks like some Salvador Dali picture with all the weird angles. I think an effort needs to be made to annex certain streets into the City to give us a more concentric idea of where the City is. This jumbled up mess only confusing people on what service they need when they have a problem.
