The plan they had when they changed the City Charter has now come out as all the people that signed the referendum knew it would. Complete dictatorship over Salisbury even to the point of questioning if Jim could nominate a new Fire Chief without another Lengthy and time consuming search.

A car that may be involved with the murder from last night was torched off Jefferson street
Homicide On East Road
There was a body found in the west road apartment complex last night. Arnold Fagans was the victim of the shooting and police are looking for help Wicomico Bureau of Investigation at (410) 548-4898, or Crime Solvers at (410) 548-1776. Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved.
