If you remember my review
here there were many people who were critical of the paper plates and plasticware that food was being served on, well this is an example of Democracy in action. The owner of Maho's sent me an email last night and wanted me to let people know that upon reading the comments they now have real dinnerware and silverware for customers who want to eat in.

Please explain to me how that is democracy?
People voiced their opinion on something it was taken into consideration and changed
I'm not sure you understand what "democracy" means. Whatever you did by complaining about your dinner was not democracy.
First of all a 'few' people spoke. Second, its only common sense for an owner to reduce his costs.
good for him listening to the people! i hope he continues to do well!
I eat there often...they have great pizza and great prices. A medium cheese pizza is only 4.99.
Anon 4:15 sounds like an advertisement. Must be the owner or worker. If there dine in service is anything like their delivery, I'll pass. Ordered large pie with an order of wings. Driver showed up in a reasonable time, no wings and NO CHANGE. Bill was $14.00 I had a $20.00. I guess that was there way of getting a good tip. I tip good but them having no change just pissed me off. I said no to the entire order and ordered from Rt.12Pizza which was quick, good and the driver had change.
Now if they would just get some REAL french fries instead of that crispy coated GARBAGE they call fries!!
French Fries should be POTATOES not DEXTROSE!
I love their pizza and chickensteaks but rarely go because their fries suck.
4:25, sorry asshole, just a customer that likes their pizza. I dine in and don't really give a shit if they have plastic silverware. I eat pizza like a caveman. Is that more like a non "advertisement" to you? Everything isn't a conspiracy. One could also say that you are with Rt. 12 pizza since you put a plug in for them.
Don't like it there becuz the woman there yells a lot
I LOVE Mahos food in general but I HATE those awful fries too.I would love it if they had fresh cut!
That's great that the owner took input from the public and instituted the changes. Many owners/managers see negative public input as a bad thing, but you show me a business that doesn't listen to the critique from its customers and public, both good and bad, and I'll show you a business that will be closing soon.
As for the french fries, I think if the owner checked the cost, he/she would find that buying fresh potatoes in bulk and then cutting them house is not only cheaper, but provides a better product. Here, I'll even provide a link for a commercial grade french fry cutter for under $50. There's no excuse for any restaurant interested in serving quality food to buy and serve frozen fries.
