Well tomorrow morning at 10am the County Council will be presented with the 2013 budget from County Executive Rick Pollitt. We still haven't heard from Annapolis yet on whether our last minute increase in property tax will be enough to keep us from getting slammed with a tremendous debt for our education requirements so this one is going to be interesting.
