SALISBURY — The Salisbury Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a missing 13-year-old boy. Carlos Leyva, of Salisbury, was last seen on April 24 around 10 p.m. in his home. Police believe he left his house voluntarily, but is considered critically missing because of health concerns and his age. Anyone with information is asked to call the Salisbury Police Department at 410-548-3165 or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776.
