I think one thing that should be done asap is a thorough inspection of all properties on the Downtown Plaza and in Historic Downtown to make sure these buildings are being taken care of properly. If we can't rebuild Downtown the least we can do is to make sure it doesn't crumble down.

Tonight at Third Friday you will have the opportunity to sign Laura Mitchell's "power to the people" petition to bring the City Solicitor back under the Mayor's office. Tonight at third friday you can go to The Deli, Robinson's Jewelry, Deli 111 and Weisner real estate. Also if you are interested in helping Laura get signatures you can print the petition out on Laura's website here. Laura will also be going door to door this weekend.
Do I think she will get enough votes? We are planning on it... but regardless, the people that sign this will be sending a clear message to the Camden crew we aren't going to go down without a fight
