Debbie Campbell Has Bailed Out Again On Controversial Vote

Guess what I have just been informed that Debbie Campbell isn't going to make the meeting tonight to vote on extending Palmer Gillis' contract on the Old Fire Headquarters which means there will not be enough votes to pass the extension. It will be 2-2 and Debbie in her ever shrewd maneuvers will not have a vote cast in the matter to be used against her later. When are people going to wise up to this woman, if she isn't abstaining from votes she just doesn't show up for them so she doesn't have any controversial votes on her record. She is disgusting.

This isn't to say it should be passed or not but have the courage to stand behind a vote for petes sake

Large Crowd In Ocean City At Meeting On Dennis Dare Situation

I have gotten reports and seen pictures that a large crowd gathered at the Clarion this morning to vent their disgust regarding the Town Council's decision to fire Dennis Dare. The Council needs to apologize to Dennis and rehire him before they find themselves out at the hands of the people in a recall petition. For pictures of the huge crowd click below

Should The Old Fire Station Headquarters Extension Be Granted?

Should the City Council grant an extension to the Gillis group to develop the Old Fire Station into an entrepreneurial training center?

Terry Cohen and Debbie Campbell Vs WWTP Who Is Full Of More Crap?

The answer is clearly these two shown above who spew forth more crap than any WWTP on the east coast. Since they now see the error in their Safe Streets plans they are trying to dump the mess into Jim Ireton's lap. I have had my differences with Jim but in this issue he is 100% accurate in the fact that these 2 helped co author the entire piece of legislation.

Numerous times Terry, Debbie and Jim met in his Office for hours on end discussing Safe Streets, ironing out what they wanted to accomplish but now for political power they are throwing it all on him. The Delay is very simple to figure out. The Camden trio are planning on running someone (possibly themselves) against Jim and need to delay any and all of his legislation to make him look incompetent. Safe Streets would be a win for Jim to use in his re-election bid so that must be taken away. They now create all these problems in the legislation to be able to play the champions when they correct it and steal it away from Jim and yet they were the ones who were part of the original wording.

Why are they doing this you ask? because when all this started they thought Jim would be controllable which is why Debbie picked him to run for Mayor in the first place. Jim actually started having ideas of his own which became a big no-no in Debbie's world so it became lets run him out of town and get a new puppet we can be sure of this time. I have actually been impressed with Jim lately for his handling of the trio as he has finally seen the light on what they are about.

Deleted File Controversy Back Again For Kristy Hickman

Just when you thought the Kristy Hickman deleted file controversy was long past, we get some new information. It seems the investigation is not over in Somerset County regarding Kristy Hickman's deleting of Somerset County State's Attorney files the night before Dan Powell was sworn in.

There were three people that went into the office that evening rumored to be Kristy along with her husband and Karen Dean. The childish behavior that occurred as if to say nanana boo boo to Dan Powell cost time and money to Somerset County and luckily Dan Powell was able to get things organized quickly and on to business. Kristy's immaturity in my opinion played a huge part in her getting soundly defeated in the election.

Let us hope the Somerset County Commissioners keep this process moving forward as I was very happy to see it had not been swept under the rug.
