ChickenStock Woes Continue

Well according to the National Weather Service not only is Chickenstock going to have to deal with poor sales, but also bad weather. They are calling for Showers and Thunderstorms throughout the day. I really would like to see this succeed so hopefully if they do it again it will be better thought out

I have heard from numerous faculty members in Somerset County who are totally disillusioned with the changes the current Superintendent has been making since even before the School year began. Where there really that many issues with personnel or is this some new idea just to mix things up for the fun of it. Time will tell but with more changes supposedly being made soon, expect the outrage to grow.

UMES Onboard For Downtown Station 16

It looks like after much discussion Palmer Gillis has finally gotten UMES back into the fold on the Old Fire Headquarters Downtown and is closer to making the hospitality venture a reality. Since it has been a bit since this was in the news the idea is to make it a place to train people working in that industry.

I just want this beautiful historic building saved and the only people with the money and knowledge to keep it from crumbling down is Palmer so I'm going to fully support his efforts on this.
