The Salisbury Grinch Goes Silent For September 11th

To Honor the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives on this tragic day 10 years ago my blog will remain silent.

I think if you were old enough to remember those tragic events of 2001 it is hard for you as well to believe 10 years has gone by. I remember it as if it were only yesterday. I turned my tv on to check the mornings news and when I flipped to CNN the north tower had just been hit. They were saying a small plane had struck it, so as many who heard the news I sat watching. I stared unable to look away when the second plane struck. The rest of the day one tragic event unfolded after another from the collapsing towers, to the pentagon to the Heroes on Flight 93 fighting for control over their plane to save the rest of us from worst tragedy.

No words can ever say the terror that I felt that day with the rest of the country as we were under attack for just being Americans. Please I am actually asking you to not visit my site and instead spend it with your family and loved ones and appreciate the time you have with them and think of all the families that were shattered that terrible day in 2001.
