Don Elkins Leaving WBOC

Alice Davis Missing

The Wicomico County Sheriffs' Office says they responded to Allen Road on Monday for the report of missing 56-year-old Alice Davis. Authorities say she was last reported to be en-route to Wal-Mart in Fruitland. Officials say Davis' vehicle was located in the area as well.

Davis is described as a white female, 5'9," 175 lbs, blue eyes and brown hair. Officials say she was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with images of cats on the front, blue shorts and sandal type shoes.

The Wicomico Bureau of Investigation has taken over the investigation and is asking for help from the public. Anyone with information is asked to call the WBI at 410-548-4898 of the Sheriffs' Office at 410-548-4891.

Elected School Board Yes Or No?

Well the Elected School Board discussion has come back up at the County Council, the question I have to my readers is do you support having an elected School Board?

I am torn on this one. While I like the idea of accountability with an elected board, I am very afraid of one political party dictating a School curriculum if we go this route.

Will Spring Arrive Before Work Session Ends?

Well they have 6 hours scheduled for today to discuss everything they are still trying to ruin and undo, so the question is will spring arrive by the time they are done talking? will springs first bloom occur before Terry Cohen finishes talking about proper placement of commas in a sentence? I would say tune in to find out, but honestly who gives a damn..

Chamber Of Commerce Not Donating 9/11 Money?

Ok I know I wasn't the only one pissed yesterday when you read the story regarding the chamber of commerce charging businesses money to display signs along carroll street to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 but not planning on donating the funds to family of victims or a tribute location.

This is total BS and if the chamber does not DONATE all for this event they should publicly shunned for their lack of compassion. Sandy Fitzgerald-Angello from the Pohanka Automotive Group who is the President elect should be ashamed of herself for this enormous lack of respect.
