What Is The Deal With Wal-Mart Distribution Center?
It seems the Somerset County Commissioners are starting to get a bit concerned about what the deal is with the Wal Mart distribution center that is supposed to be coming to Westover. Residents in the area have been excited about the prospect of this since around 2005 and here we are 6 years later and still nothing has developed. I am glad to see they are asking WalMart for clarification on what they are planning or not planning to do before they invest the money in the infrastructure upgrades required to accommodate this.
The area desperately needs this to come to light with so many out of jobs in the area. Let us hope they get some good answers shortly from corporate.
How Are Things At Somer's Cove?
Haven't heard much from here lately so I must assume things have calmed down. The last I heard there was a huge Police presence to keep things calmer and so far seems to be working.
RJ' Purnell's Going To Rehab I Said Yea Yea Yea
Reports have come in from Somerset that RJ Purnell has decided to check into a rehab center. I applaud anyone that seeks help for a problem and wish him a speedy recovery
