Great Comment Received On Debbie Campbell

"Debbie Campbell lives in Silver Beach, Va for the summer. She's been abandoning Salisbury every single summer since she's been elected. She crawls into her hole in Silver Beach, leaving Terry and Joe and, now Tim, to receive her orders, then carry them out. Debbie, Terry, and Tim are now showing to the world what those of us who've been dealing with them for a while know: the Camden anger/resentment/turn the clock back mentality is their driviing mantra. You will not see a single, progressive, positive, forward looking idea from any of them. They live to prove to the world that they know all, and that the city of Salisbury, as they view it, sucks. Welcome to the next 2 years!!!"

Debbie Campbell and Terry Cohen Should Resign Immediately

Jim Ireton made some very valid points at his press conference painting Debbie Campbell and Terry Cohen as racist and not caring about the minority residents in our City.

Let us look at what they have opposed for our minority residents. They refused the grant from the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention to establish a Disproportionate Minority Contact, they denied the funding to demolish the Linens of the Week building and now the Bricks.

They only care about Camden and Terry Cohen and Debbie Campbell are so full of it if they don't see a problem with what they are doing. I know it's the Eastern Shore and racism and conservatism is sadly the order of the day but I am telling you that this is wrong. Political paybacks and refusal to help the Church Street area are the order of the day for this pair. Louise Smith had multiple neighborhood cleanups in that neighborhood. Debbie and Terry never showed up to help, but when they had a clean Camden day guess who can find the time to look good for the college kids? Debbie and Terry.

It is time for them to go, they need to resign or we as a community need to get the votes for a recall of them from Office. I know the apathy in this City but at some point the citizens have to take back our Council from a group dedicated to one neighborhood.
